Food from Afar is the new name for International Cuisine! We aim to try all sorts of food from around the world, not just curries.

4th September 2025 - La Torre Italian Restaurant, Coalville

Ten of us assembled at La Torre Italian Restaurant in Coalville for a most pleasant and authentic meal together. The owner and staff were most amenable, efficient and professional. The meals were cooked to perfection. Some had not been with us for some time and some had not met each other until the event. Conversation flowed, new acquaintances were made and a good time was had by all.

Our next meeting is a return visit to Taste of Thai, 84-86 Market Street, Ashby-De-La-Zouch LE65 1AP at 6pm on 2 October 2025 at 6pm.
