Coffee and Chat

The Coffee and Chat group meets every 2nd Wednesday of the month at various cafes or tea shops.
Everyone is welcome. Sign up sheets will be placed on the table at the monthly meeting or you can book a place by email to coffee@ashbyu3a.co.uk.

12th November - Bowdon Lodge Farm Tea Room

We had planned to visit the Courtside Cafe At Grangewood Tennis Centre. However, The Cafe was not planning to open that day, so we swiftly changed plans and met at Bowdon Lodge Farm Tea Room instead. Seven of us enjoyed a drink and a chat. Oh, and a cake or pastry to go with the drink. One downside was the presence of poorly controlled yappy dogs that obviously did not want to share the space with each other.
Nevertheless, a good time was had by all.

Our next gathering will be at Lakeside Bistro, Moira at 10am on 10 December. Nine have signed up to be there so far. If you would like to join us, please let Colin Woodland Know at coffee@ashbyu3a.co.uk.
