Coffee and Chat

The Coffee and Chat group meets every 2nd Wednesday of the month at various cafes or tea shops.
Everyone is welcome. Sign up sheets will be placed on the table at the monthly meeting or you can book a place by email to coffee@ashbyu3a.co.uk.

8th April 2026 - Bawdon Lodge Far Tea Room, Charley Road, Nanpantan LE12 9YE

Eight members gathered at Bawdon Lodge Farm to enjoy tea, coffee and cakes. The food available is fairly limited but it was a nice place to sit and chat.

Our next gathering will be at Swarkestone Nursery, Lowes Lane BE73 7GQ at 10am on 13 May 2026. This is a firm favourite with the group. Nine have signed up to be there so far. If you would like to join us, please let Colin Woodland Know at coffee@ashbyu3a.co.uk.
